The Company

A market leading construction company looking to expand their portfolio within the public and private sector by delivering a range of new build and refurbishment projects across the healthcare, residential, education, defence, and industrial frameworks holding values of up to £450m on an international basis.

The Role

An experienced Site Administrator / Document Controller assisting various site teams on multiple projects with all areas of administration and document distribution. This role is open to flexible working and time can be split between home and the regional office.


* Filing, typing, scanning
* Faxing, Photocopying, Emailing
* Sorting incoming / outgoing post
* Use of document distribution software such as 4Projects
* Answer incoming calls and handle general correspondence
* Creating and maintaining onsite filing systems both paper based and electronic
* Visiting live construction sites when required to assist with on site admin duties
* Updating site notice boards, issuing memos and handling of general correspondence
