The Role

As a site based Administrator / Personal Assistant, you must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office in order to produce issue and collate project related documents and data reports on of one of the UK's largest private residential schemes to date with an overall value in excess of £400m+ Representing the wider business, you will play an integral role within the team based in Central London.


* Ordering supplies
* Filing, typing, scanning
* Sorting incoming / outgoing post
* Faxing / Photocopying / Emailing
* Meeting and greeting all site visitors
* Set up meeting rooms for project meetings
* Record plant and materials received to site
* Update site notice boards / Health & Safety Signage
* Providing assistance with site timesheets when required
* Answer incoming calls and handle general correspondence
