The Role

As a highly experienced Freelance Site Administrator / Document Controller you will be working on-site in East Yorkshire. You will be working on a project in excess of £50m while being responsible for typing contracts, archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation. You will need extensive knowledge of electronic data management systems, supplier document controls, electronic filing systems, final handover and also technical library (Inc. codes and standards, and legislation). Further to this, you will need excellent organisational skills, as you will be liaising with internal and external contacts to ensure that documents contain the correct and understandable information.

* Quality Assurance
* Process Management
* Office and Project Administrate
* System & Process Development
* Assist with the administration of the induction process as required
* Ensuring compliance with all company documents & procedures is maintained
* General office upkeep, typing of reports, minutes etc. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) photocopying, printing & filing
* To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
* Monitoring and ordering of supplies for photocopier & printers and liaison with suppliers for servicing and supplies, stationery and general office supplies ordering
* Ensure all hard copy docs are scanned to company server maintaining a mirror image of hard/electronic copy for audit purposes and full document control processes are adhered to
