The Role

As a highly experienced Document Controller, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining, sorting and storing electronic / hard copy records of project related documentation. You will be based at the regional office with the option of flexible / remote working and will regularly attend live sites in the region. You will ensure information is distributed to key stakeholders on time and will need extensive knowledge of electronic data management / filing systems, supplier document controls and technical library (Inc. Codes, standards and legislation).

* Quality checking all documents and communication, preparation, updating and distribution of the project directory, invitations / access arrangements for all required users of the platform.
* Manage all incoming and outgoing drawings and technical documents issued and save / archive all Incoming and outgoing drawing and document files in line with project protocols and processes
