Overview:
This is great opportunity with a well established principal contractor that specialises in retail construction and fit out projects ranging from £100k to £5 million. They are based in West Yorkshire and work across the UK. The company has a friendly and hands on work ethic, and the majority of its work comes from repeat business with blue chip retailers.
The Ideal Contracts Manager:
* Ideally someone who has worked for a successful fit out contractor for a minimum of 5 years in a contracts manager position. Preferably with commercial and retail project experience up to £5 million.
* SMSTS, CSCS and all other relevant tickets are required.
* High attention to detail and meticulous in their work.
* Enjoy fast track work.
* Advanced IT skills.
* Advanced Client facing and negotiation skills
* Prepared to travel throughout the UK visiting projects
Remuneration:
* The successful Contracts Manager has the opportunity to earn:
* Salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per annum.
* Car allowance/company car.
* Pension Contribution.
* Bonus Scheme
